I lived down the street growing up, so I was raised on white pie. :). We live in Phoenix now, but we always make it a point to stop by for a slice when we are in town visiting family. The pie is exactly just as amazing now as it was all those years ago.

Some things in life cannot be explained. Where did the idea of white pie come from? I do not know. But I know this, once you have it, you will always want just one more slice. This is hands down the best pie from the best restaurant. If you have eaten it, you know why. If you haven't, well you must travel to Burtons today! Tell 'em Kw sent you.

Burton's is the best! We live two hours away but still come to Burton's a few times a year. My son has even picked it for his birthday meal. It also has the best service! We love Burton's!

Best catfish around. 2 big flaky pieces with 2 sides. Had white beans, which were delicious and beets.
